I scheduled my cleaning of the exterior of the windows and screens through Home Advisor for a Thursday. They showed up on time - on WEDNESDAY. I said 'you're supposed to be here tomorrow' and the guy shrugged and said 'well I was in the area so they told me to come over'. I had not planned on anyone working on my house on Wednesday. I intentionally scheduled multiple home services (including Prime Time) on Thursday when the dog wouldn't be home. I hadn't taken my dog to doggy-daycare and the poor dog went nuts barking at this guy outside our windows. The cleaner was not helpful in removing the screens and barely cleaned them. The windows are super streaky. Very disappointing. I had high hopes after reading other reviews. Later in the afternoon, I received a text from Home Advisor, confirming my window cleaning appointment for THURSDAY.

They came out the same day and completed our project to wash windows both outside and inside. They did a great job! Both my husband and I were very pleased with the results.
