Argued with the cleaner about cleaning the window tracks. He stated it would be extra per track, estimate did not indicate this. Also do no think he washed the outside of the windows, he mumbled something about not being able to reach one side of the window. The glass he did clean was very clean, but I was specific in mentioning that I expected more than just the glass cleaned. Sills and frames were to be included, and were not cleaned. After arguing with him over the tracks (which were also called out), I did not feel like continuing to argue with him.

The service was ok considering my gutters and downpours wasn't dirty and clogged up. The serviceman took pictures after flushing out the gutters he was courteous and nice.
