The guy was 4 hours later than the time range. I called the company twice to check their arrival. From a distance, the guy said the gutter did not need to be clean. I had to ask if he could check, he said it would be $60. I asked him to check. He went up and took a bucket with debris already in it. He then claimed it was dirty and clean with his hand and now price was $120. I told him that I need to be certain there were no problems. Took him 5 minutes Not trusting him, I called New Outlook and they said the gutter is clean as a whistle and saw that I had a roof problem and my downspout was installed incorrectly. The roof needed re tarring only at the base and around downspout was needed correctly installed. Because he recognized that the repair needs to be the roof and not the gutter, he honestly passed the job to a roofer and charge only $25.

We received a call within ten minutes of requesting a quote. They had immediate availability and completed the job quickly and to our satisfaction. We would highly recommended Prime Time for Gutter Cleaning.

They did a good job completing the task and cleaned up after themselves. While it was a little more expensive than I'd prefer, the task was necessary so I was willing to pay. They came towards the end of their window but finished rather quickly.
