Write a ReviewPoorly run organization that does a bait and switch pricing. They should be removed from Home Advisor list of "pros". I would not recommend them to any consumer or company to use. My experience with this company will be repeated to every person I come in contact with in hopes that no one has to live through the 6 people, 10 phone calls, 2 missed appointments, and 2 site visits to have the project incomplete and cost more than quoted. Reconsider your choice if you are reading this review about Prime Time Windows. Your money and time is better spent elsewhere.

This experience has been terrible. I should have known after the first guy came to my house (late) and tried to charge me double the initial estimate. After going back to the original estimate your sole contractor arrived hours later that day and your salesman promised me that a crew would arrive to complete the job on that day. The worker put his supervisor on the phone, who then told me that the salesman was not telling me the truth and no one else would be coming. The single guy worked into the night. While I appreciate his hard work he also damaged 5 screens. Including reschedules, and no shows it took a 3 weeks for a new crew to come out and begin to correct issues of missed windows and sloppy work. I was sent an initial invoice a week after without any mention of damage or inconvenience. It then took 8 months to have the screens replaced, (which I ended up having to do on my own).

I will be using Prime Time but I can't complete this yet as they have not finished the job yet
They did a great job and I was able to set up recurring service where they will come out every other month.

Overall IÂ’m satisfied. Folks showed up same day and cleaned out gutters. One note: they did not tighten outdoor faucet and it was dripping water for about a day.

Got off to a rocky start as they didnÂ’t make the first appt as promised - I had to call twice. We rescheduled for two days later and they were half hour early and did a fine job. The crew was courteous and work was very good. Get first morning appointment ....
