They sent 2 people not 3. It took two days not one. The quality of the work was very good, but I had to cancel 2 important meetings to be there for the second day of work. Prime time did not notify me of the change. They did not appologize when I called them. Customer service is poor. The work was excellent.

They billed me for a 3 story house instead of 2 story and for flushing 6 down spouts. The down spouts go to underground drainage so they should have disconnected them to flush them to prevent them from clogging / they did not disconnect them so we now have to unclog the underground lines.

They did not show up when they said they would, tried to add on services outside the company (said the owner charged too much) Very unprofessional. Recycled the leaves in a plastic bag too heavy to pull out of the can, & discussed the job in front of me speaking in another language and would not tell me what they said. 樂
