THEY WERE A HOUR LATE FOR APPOINTMENT, CALLED OFFICE SAID THEY NWERE RUNING LATE. SHOULD HAVE CALLED ME AND GAVE ME UPDATE. THEY SAID I COULD LEAVE IF I HAD TO GO, AND THEY DID PERFORM THE WORK TO MY SATISFACTION AND LEFT BILL ON DOOR KNOB. I WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN.
