Prime Time responded to my request withing 15 minutes and was on the job within 2 hours of my request. They did a complete job and the gutters and downspouts were cleaned and debris was removed.

agreed on a price of $120 to clean the gutters Charged me $144 because they flushed everything down 3 downspouts. I have had my gutters cleaned many times and part of that service is draining the downspouts. I should have been told upfront that there was an extra charge for a complete cleaning

However, according to the original price assessed when you originally placed the work order the price quoted over the phone and what the technician charged were exactly the same price of $144. I had a lot of streaks after the job was completed. They did not do the kitchen sink windows because my shelfs were not clear but I did not know they needed cleared. No instructions were provided for prep.
