While Prime Time did come out to my home on the day promised, unfortunately it was a very cold day and most of the gutters had ice in them. Instead of calling me to reschedule for a time when the ice had thawed, the crew proceeded to use sharp, pointed power equipment to remove the ice and debris. This damaged every section of my gutters and put a few holes through the bottom of two sections and loosened corners causing water to poor out just above my front door. I asked Mr. Dron to please come out and repair the corner above my door, also informing him of the damage to the gutters. He did come out to the home a few days later, attempted to fix the leak, but never sealed the corner. The water continued to poor out of the corner. Consequently, I had to hire a roofer to come out and seal the crack in the corner and also seal the two holes that were punched in the bottom of one section of my front gutter. Mr. Dron agreed to reduce my cleaning charge by $20, which was half of what the roofer charged for the repair. I sent a check to Mr. Dron for the agreed amount along with pictures of all the damage that had been done. I am now going to have to pay for the repairs on the other corners in the spring as my husband and I currently have our home up for sale. Had Mr. Dron contacted me to advise that if they proceeded with the cleaning it could cause damage to the gutter, I would have requested to delay the cleaning. It would have been professional to give his client that option. I felt his handling of the entire cleaning and subsequent "repair" was very unprofessional. I will not recommend Prime Time for any type of gutter cleaning.
