They emailed an estimate for the exterior windows to be cleaned, I accepted the estimate, one man came out, told me He Can Not DO The Window Cleaning For The PRICE

We gave this customer an approximate estimate based on the information he gave us. When our technician arrived on site - there were double the amount of windows and they were all true divided light windows. We politely informed the customer that based on the size and scope of the work and that it was going to take our technician all day to clean the home that the price was going to be $600. He refused and sent our technician away. We informed him that we are very competitive in our pricing and that he would have a hard time finding a fully insured / reputable company to do all of that work for $300.

I asked for gutter and downspout cleaning and asked about cost. I was told between 100 and 120$. The bill was 152$ and I asked why and was told because they had to do the downspouts which is what I asked for in the first place. The guys that did the job were very good, but they do not set the price. I thought I was looking at the first ballpark. I Will not hire again. I company called this morning and offered to do it for 80-90$ but I told them I did not want to cancel the guy that I already said yes to, I guess I should have. Thank you, Elisa H.

This was just a slight miscommunication. We informed the customer that the cleaning was going to be $100-120 for the gutter cleaning and that the only additional charge would be if our technicians had to detatch / flush out any downspout that they would be $8 each additional.

The appointment was made very easily and I was given an early date to have the work done. Joe came on time and cleaned the windows very quickly but very well. He went out of his way to clean a very high ledge under the upper windows and made sure all the window wells were completely cleaned. Very satisfied with the work and would recommend Prime Time to anyone.
