I was quoted one price for job, but after the actual workers arrived it was almost twice as much, so I did not let them power wash my house. However, they did clean gutters and downspouts, which was also higher than quoted over phone, but they did a good job. Only complaint, they threw my gutters guards in garbage!!

Received a quote to clean second story gutters the following week. Two days early, a crew showed up; my wife turned them away. Finally after receiving 3 revised arrival times for the scheduled day, crew shows up. They initially wanted an additional $40 to do job, saying second floor jobs are a standard price and the quote was only an estimate (despite performing same service three years earlier AND aerial review of the house to develop the quote). Following my lengthy discussion with the sales manager, the crew performed job at the quoted price. The crew was very nice and respectful. Unfortunately, they only took two before pictures and no afters, so I have to take their word that all debris was removed from the gutters.
