They cleaned the windows very well, but were very disorganized about scheduling. The said they would be there a certain day at a certain time, and were 30 min. late. When I called the office, they said that the previous job wouldn't be done for another hour. I was upset because I had to call the office to find this out, they never called me to tell me this. When I rescheduled, the cleaner showed up an hour before the time that I scheduled. There just seemed to be no communication between the office staff and the field workers.

He didn't have all tools to clean my skylights, so that wasn't compleated. Also I paid for extra scrubbing and he never did that. Frames weren't wiped and I also paid for that extra.
