I was quoted $80.00 to clean my gutters. $8.00 per downspout *IF NEEDED*. They were quick and the worker was very nice. HOWEVER, I expected to be told if the downspouts needed to be cleaned. Now realizing that the ONLY way the gutters could be cleaned was that they HAD to clean the downspouts as that was how the leaves and baby maple trees that were growing in my gutters would be removed. So I got charged $128.00. NOT the $80.00 quoted. Rip off! To top it off. The worker used MY ladder and never asked permission, he had his own ladder but didn't take it off of the truck. AND the worst thing.... he left the mess at the bottom of ALL of the downspouts. That is how I knew they HAD to clean the downspouts, because it was the ONLY way he flushed everything out of the gutters. I asked him about the mess and he said "It was too wet for him to clean up". What?? Now I have dead grass and baby maple trees starting to root themselves at the base of my downspouts. NOT happy at all. I am disabled and its hard for me to do the physical labor to clean up after these type of things. THIS COMPANY DOES NOT CLEAN UP AFTER THEMSELVES!!

left all the debris from the gutter in my bushes and lawn. never took a hose to wash down gutters or down spouts.

Other than the job day being changed with only one hour s notice, and by a Tex ...and then the next day showing up two hours early.. the workers were very efficient and polite and for the most part cleaned up nicely. I will have the company back for more work we were very happy with the job overall.

They did not do a through job.ladder not high enough so he could not see into gutters so therefore he could not see into gutter to see if he got everything and i asked about flushing gutter and downspout he said water was coming out and he didnt need to
