Had them power wash my deck. Initially, very disappointed. The power washing went well, but my lawn furniture was not replaced on the deck (appeared to be tossed into the yard) and there was grime and dirt from the "over spray" all over my driveway and lawn decorations. The individual who did the work thought I wanted sealer as well - and explained that's why the furniture was not replaced. Came back and cleaned up all the over spray mess on the driveway and lawn decorations to my satisfaction. Would recommend this company as the work initially requested was done satisfactorily AND because the individual DID come back and clean up everything.

They came 1/2 hour early and were done in about an hour. They found that 4 of my dowspouts were completely clogged which were casuing my gutters to overflow. They unclogged them and cleaned my gutters as well. They used my hose to test them out for free flowing. They did a good job.

I was quoted incorrectly for the number of windows, my windows are considered double hung so they counted for two not one. My window wells were not wiped out nor were the areas around the window frame. I was told after I called that was $2.00 per window. No one explained that and I specifically asked for my window wells to be cleaned.

Once I decided to work with them they came out the next day. I had not known that they charge for travel to your home; that had not been included in my estimate. I know they had a hard job with my place; I just purchased it and I doubt the gutters have been cleaned in years. But I can still see debris in the gutters and they left a huge mess in my landscaping and on the porch next to my garage because "they couldn't find a broom." I didn't realize I needed to provide them with tools. When I called to complain, they said all they could do was send someone out to redo the job but I don't feel comfortable with them returning to my home.

Excellent service and fast response. They were here within 24 hours. I recommended them to a friend and he used them too. They quote me a price and by the time the service was finished I was charged $20 less because it was easier then they thought. I would use them again.
