They were fast, polite and did a great job. Be aware that the quote you receive on the phone may not be the actual price - the field guy needs to see your house & windows first - consider the phone price an estimate. Still, they are very affordable and worth hiring. I will hire again.

i paid for 50 screens I have 23 only. I paid for brushing screens they didn't touched it, my husband washed all. they missed a few windows and the guy used his tshirt as a towel.

Prime Time did a very good job. Windows were 95% perfect. A few with some tree sap weren't thoroughly cleaned, and some of the window tracks were not 100%, but overall I would recommend them and will use them again. They did, however, miss there cleaning time (12pm-2pm) by several hours (arrived at 4pm), but they did call with time updates and let me know they would be late. 4.5 stars.

no one seems to do any better cleaning windows. In and out and a lot of extra charges or said work like cleaning a tall mirror could be down but then they could not. I also think cleaning the ledge of the window would not kill them to do this.

The estimate over the phone was half what I had to pay but I had already taken the day off of work so I just had them do it. The quality of work was good, still reeling from the sticker shock.
