They had to re-schedule 3 times, including changing service to 2 days later.

I'm meticulous. This is my first time using a service to clean my windows and I was hoping for impeccably clean windows and windowsills. The windows look good but the window encasing was not as clean as I would have hoped for.

I received a call from them and 1 hour later they sent someone to clean and check if my gutters needed repair. They were very prompt and helpful. The work man Ralph came cleaned the gutters right away and was very helpful and efficient. I will call Primetime in the fall because I was so happy with them and will use them all the time and ask for Ralph. He was the greatest.

The workmen did a fantastic job. The windows have never looked this great. The office staff had a few issues with getting their timing of the work correct.

I was very happy with the work they did. Cleaned all windows, inside & out, power washed the front porch, walkway, deck, stairs & walkout patio. Everything looked great! Price was reasonable & the guys were very polite.

They were late. Window cleaning was not that all great. I had them clean the windows & screens from the outside. I took down all the screens my self except one, and left for work cause they were late, and told them to clean them and leave me the bill at the door. The guy broke 3 of the window screens and he blamed it on me and said that The person who took them down broke them. There was one I didn't even take out and it was on the second floor. So when I came back it was laying in the back yard all broken up. Now I'm stuck struggling to find someone to make these custom made window screens and god knows how much they are going to cost. Totally no satisfied with the service.
