I had a terrible experience hiring Prime Time to install my Christmas lights. First, I was verbally quoted an hourly rate that I then tried to confirm multiple times in writing via e-mail. I asked numerous additional questions via e-mail, most of which went unanswered unless they dealt specifically with scheduling. I sent a marked-up photo of my house showing where the lights would be hung and asked for a quote. I was quoted 2 hours. The job ended up taking 5 hours (2.5x more than I was planning on spending, over the holidays no less) and the cost per hour somehow went up by $30 per hour more than what I was quoted. It took numerous phone calls after the fact to get a price adjustment, and only because I had the original hourly rate confirmed in writing. As for scheduling, the company rescheduled the job 3 separate times. Each time I was scheduled for a 4-hour slot, during which time I cleared my work calendar to make sure I was available to speak with the installer about how I wanted the job done. No one even called to give me the courtesy of telling me that they were not going to show up on either of the first two dates that were scheduled. Finally, only after complaining, did the third date work out and the technician actually did a great job. But overall the experience of working with this company caused me so much stress and anxiety that I will not be working with them again in the future.

The overall service was a fraud. He charged me for service he never conducted. I expected a lot better from this company. They inconvenience me and my family. They are unprofessional and unapologetic. I am a disable veteran.

Be ready for a low-ball estimate - the final cost will be double. But I'm aware that this is common in the industry, and the work was still worth the money.

The technician who came to do the work was very easy to work with to get the job done which included re-attaching a downspout that was not connected to the gutter. I helped the technician and when I got a bill I objected to the amount of the repair cost and they reduced the bill and credited my account. I liked the photos the technician took showing the conditions and the clean gutters; that is a plus when working with Primetime.

Prime Time, and their tech Armando were fantastic. Punctual, thorough, friendly. He even cleaned the leaves out of the gangways and front steps. Great job and will use them again next year.
