The 2 man crew was on time for sked appointment, in fact a little early. which was good for us. They went right to work and finished the house & garage gutter cleaning in due time. Cleaned up afterwards. We felt cost was a bit high based on Chicago prices for the same work but they worked with us a little on that.

The window cleaning was fine,but the scheduled arrival time was off by quite a bit. I was called to say that he would be an hour past the scheduled time. However, he was an hour and fifteen minutes past that time. I will hire the company again and probably ask for an early morning time period.

On time, professional service. Good value for the price. The service techs were very good. Windows looked great---very dirty to begin with but left crystal clean. One minor complaint was that they slightly bent one of the screens when removing.

This company made me feel comfortable when working with them. The worker came later in the day than expected. He was fast and to the point. He explained what he had accomplished and where he put the debris. I paid him and he left. I also received a call from the company after the work was completed. Thanks Prime Time Windows! They cleaned gutters & downspouts. Called us same day, came on-time, did excellent work, were perfect, & cleaned up debris!!! Very respectful, too!
