I tried Prime Time this past November. I was given a price, and the time they would be there to do the job. I agreed to the gutters and maybe one or two downspouts probably just one. They arrived a day or two earlier than planned when I was not home. They got done and handed me a bill for 60 dollars over the estimate. When I asked I was told five downspouts were done (no way needed!!!!) or to mention how did they do this with all my water off outside, they LIED to me. When I called to complain the owner argued more than listen to me. His answer was to send the liars back to my house. I made it very clear not to do so. I had already questioned his crew, and they proved to be liars. I told him to talk to his crew and do his job and get back to me. Two days later the same crew came back to talk it over. I felt this was very pushy to send his collectors to get a check. I wound up paying for the gutters and one downspout to end this ridiculous situation. They also do windows and a few other things, I will not change this so do not bother asking. To the owner you should never run a business of any kind.

They came out and spent ten minutes looking at my gutters, told me that my gutters were already clean and still demanded a $200.00 payment. They didn't give me the address of where they were located before they started the project either.
