One man arrived to do the job and he did an excellent repair on the broken downspout. As for the gutter cleaning, I just have to take his word that he did a thorough job, because he never asked for entrance to the backyard. He told me that the ladder was long enough for him to reach the side entrances without having to ask to open the gates. It rained and we have had no problems, so I think that he did a good job alone.

They showed up w/1 guy on day of service for job requiring 2 - came back a few days later, not much of an issue. Nice job on windows, they worked hard. Could do a better job doing quote over the phone.
