Hard to judge how clean the gutters are because I have not been on the roof to inspect, but yesterday we had heavy rain and all functioned properly. The serviceman cleaned up properly. In and out in 1.5 hours.

the day they schedule the show I woke up an hour early to make sure I was awake on time approximately 40 minutes after the time they should have arrived I had to call the office I was told that they made an error and went to the wrong house and that they would be to my home in about 10 minutes another 30 minutes past I called again and they told me that they were on their way which should have been about 5 minutes from my house after another 15 minute wait I called again and rescheduled for the following day I was told they would be here at a specific time 30 minutes after they were supposed to arrive I called the office to find out that they should be here shortly the guys that clean my gutters did a great job very pleasant very customer service oriented but the scheduling aspect of this job was just horrible so I would probably not recommend them to anybody because of the long wait and the inconvenience of my time

Communicated with Will one week before the job and the day before the job regarding 2 issues so there would be no problem on the day of cleaning. He neglected to communicate with his cleaning people so both arrived without the ladder high enough for the 4th floor cleaning. Will had gave me a price, which I confirmed and emailed his quote back to him but yet the price became an issue for both me and my next door neighbor. Seeing as I made the effort to make sure their would be no problem, Will was short on the phone. I emailed his quote back to him. he failed to communicate with his workers about both the ladder issue and the price.

They called immediately, gave me a price, and set up the appointment. They convinced me by mentioning neighbors in my building whose windows they had done. My condo board claims they've been trying to get estimates from people to clean windows for ages. They must not have used HomeAdvisor or Prime Time.
