Storms still had cobwebs which I had to clean after they left. Did not clean sills as stated in service contract. Mixed up my storms and screens so that one remaining set did not fit after they left and I had to remove storms from six Windows, including removing our window a/c, to find matching set, which of course was the one on the a/c. Have still not found the screen for one window. 20 windows and storms took 7 1/2 hours to complete. Ended up paying 280 - almost double what I was originally quoted. My neighbor scheduled cleaning same day and they did not even clean the inside of her windows. They were at her place nearly nine hours. I highly DO NOT recommend.

they were friendly, on time, did a great job. This company also did power washing of my concrete and house. And cleaned the gutters, all in a day. I will hire them again in a heart beat

Windows looked great!

I rated poor customer service experience as 1) they came on 6/17 as scheduled but arrived late. The cleaning guys estimated onsite and said $180 then the lady in the office told me earlier $140. But then the lady changed to $350 as she said that the cleaning guy mentioned that there are some French windows. After I told her that your cleaning guys estimated for $180, she did change back again. So we made apt again on 6/21, today 9 am. They arrived on time but this crew reestimated again that now this time asks for $250. I refused and the office guy called me and said it is a fair price. but I told him we all agreed to $180 on Friday. What a story on the pricing!!! Anyway, those cleaning guys were very nice and they did good job on it. .

The windows turned out great. The process was a little confusing. After putting in my request through HA, the company called and I set up an appointment - but I still got two or three messages from the company asking me if I wanted to set up an appointment. When the first person called, they had me give them address, email, etc., and I thought they obtained that info from HA (that is my recollection of how it worked last time). I did not get a call the morning of to confirm my 4 - 7 appointment so I called and was told they would be there between 1:30 and 2. Fortunately, my plans worked so I could be home earlier. When the cleaner was here it started raining very hard so he said he would come back the next day to do the exterior. When I came home the next day they were done (and very well done), but there was a new bill waiting for me for the "outside" only when I already paid for inside and outside on day one. Another call I had to make to get that taken care of. Again, no complaints on the workmanship, but there are some customer service issues that need attention.

This is my second year using them. I am very happy with the windows and screens. My only problem (I don't consider this a big problem), was they didn't do the sills. I specifically asked that on the phone when they gave me a price. I don't blame the workers at all. They get their orders from the company and that one got left out. Other than that small incident, I would highly recommend them. Great experience from the office staff. They were very understanding and listened and asked what were my expectations.....I asked them to clean indoor/outdoor screens and windows, including sills. My windows and screens look new again!! I love pulling up and seeing all the windows so clean that you can actually see through them. Very fair price and will definitely continue to hire them. Thank you to the workers (two brothers) but I don't know their names. They took their time and were quick and efficient. Thank You Prime Time!! Great job.

I had to furnish bags for leaves as they didn't have any,also had to furnish saw to cut back some limbs which we had agreed they would do as an extra charge

The crew missed the 4 hour window, but when they arrived, they worked quickly and efficiently to clean our gutters and downspouts. One of the downspouts required a snake, which they did not have with them, promising to send out someone to take care of this for us.

They worked very fast, and were reasonably priced. Admittedly this was a difficult job. Many complex windows, a few difficult to reach. But they should never swipe back and forth without wiping the squeegee - this drags the dirt back across the glass and can scratch the windows. They missed replacing a few screens and also did some interior damage with ladders hitting walls and ceilings. Clearly, they needed to slow down a little and use more caution.
