They came early because the snow was going to hit the next day. They did a careful job, with a two-person crew, which included a pretty good cleanup. Did the garage for $20 additional. Slight mystery - I wrote a check out on the spot to Prime Time against a printed invoice, but their office called me the next day to ask how I wanted to pay. I guess they got this straightened out because I haven't heard since

Was able to complete the service (cleaned gutters) same day. Did a good job. Price was fair. I requested the invoice to be emailed to me; because the job location was rental property (I explained that when I called). However, the invoice was left with the tenant :-(

The Service was performed as expected from beginning to end: Phone calls, planning, arrival in time, estimate and actual time of the service, etc. The only reason I will hold the last start in my rating is because there were some confusion in the beginning (more than one people contacting me several times to try to sell a service I had already contracted with them) and the installers didn't have enough material with them to install all the lights. In the first case they recognized the problem and fixed it right away and the second the installers were very flexible find solutions and provide what I wanted. All in all great experience!
