They quoted me a price of $180.00 over the phone, after telling me they could see my house on the internet. They said they could schedule the next day, and I said I had to wait for the other companies I contacted to give me a proposal. I got those other proposals and then had to wait for a skylight installation and a window replacement. When I called to schedule for Friday, April 14th, the guy said, "what did we quote you?" I said, "$180.00." He said "ok" they'll be out there at 10:00-10:30." They came out, did the work, and then I handed the man who cleaned the windows the check, and he said, "oh, now, this is not the amount." I looked at the invoice, and it was itemized at $316.00. I was in shock. I called the company and the man gave me a song and dance about the price quoted being just an estimate. That can change when we see the job. They were double the amount quoted. The other companies were closer to the amount he quoted. I wouldn't have chosen them if they had told me initially what they were going to charge me. I have lived here for 16 years and had another company clean the windows for around $245 including 4 ceiling fans on the interior. They other proposals were far less. I could not recommend them to anyone. The workers were excellent, but the owners were not honest and up front in their practice of changing the initial quote. They shouldn't give a quote if they can't make it honest. Patti P

We are sorry to see that you decided to give us a negative overall review of our company. We take customer service very seriously and are always disappointed to see that one of our customers was dissatisfied with their experience. However, we must respectfully disagree with the assertion that we intentionally misled you. We did indeed mention from the beginning that our quote for your project was an estimate based on the information that you gave us. As with any service, if we get to the site and see that the project is larger than what we were told, we have to charge accordingly. If I recall correctly, we were originally told that you had about 30 windows, and would also need the screens cleaned; we quoted that job at $180 for the window cleaning with a $2 charge per screen. Once we arrived on-site, we discovered that you actually had over 50 windows, so we adjusted the window cleaning price and added up the number of screens to come to a final price. Since this final price was significantly more than what you were expecting, we did attempt to work with you and lowered the price in order to reach a medium between what you were looking for and what the work actually cost. After seeing your review on this website, we then contacted you again to see if we could send you a partial refund (even further lowering the price), but you declined that offer. Again, we are sorry to hear that you had a negative experience with our company, and we apologize for any miscommunication that occurred. We hope that, in the future, we will have the opportunity to earn your business again so that we may continue to provide you with 5 star window cleaning services.

The company has a problem being on time and communicating when they will arrive

They did an excellent job cleaning and thy also put back the screens we had covering the gutters. I only wish they cleaned up more the gravel that came out along the side of the garage. However, I like them so much, I hired them to come back and do my windows.

After being quoted a lot of money by another company, I called Prime Time and got a very reasonable estimate. They were very friendly, and arrived when they said they would. They did a thorough job including a complete cleanup.
