The job was for gutter cleaning. Behind the garage we found the leaves and debris were just flung to the ground instead collecting in the recepticles the workmen were carrying. When it came time to pay the bill, the workman said there was an additional service charge that we were not aware of. This was not on the proposal. How embarrassing for everyone. Any proposals should have included the service charge and not left to the workmen to try to collect. After contacting the company, we paid for the job, but not the service charge.

Job was done by a subcontractor. Didn't clean the gutters properly. Threw leafs on the deck and other areas and didn't bother to clean. Prime Time wind never followed up to see how the job was done. Kept billing me the charges even I paid the subcontractor. Subcontractor kept the money and never paid Prime Time Wind. After several phone calls to the company charges were voided. What a pain just to get the gutters clean?

Terrible svc from office. Misquoted price. It was $100 on phone then $118 after svc was performed and they neglected to discuss the addl cost for downspout flushing which was WHY i called in the first place. The workers were great, the dispatcher was rude and sarcastic. Never again. David (Orland Park IL)

We encountered a bit of a mis-step in the installation of the holiday lights but the team was quick to address the issue and make it right, with great communication along the way. The entire team was great to work with and I would recommend them to others.

I counted my windows and they gave me the quote online. I'll never do that again. Next time I want someone to come out so I can show them what I want and the quote can be accurate. I wasn't there when they arrived, my boyfriend was, and he didn't like the way each window was sort of nit-picked as far as what was included in the quote and what wasn't. VERY upset to see my kitchen window was one of the windows "not included". I mean, come on....you're there. Everytime I do my dishes, I look out my kitchen window and get pissed off. No offense aginst the guy that washed them. he did a good job. It's the management.

There was just a little miscommunication as to how we count windows. We have all of our prices online and we can give an approximate over the phone quote before we come out to service. Of course there is no way of actually knowing what each customer has without going out to their home. We cleaned the windows very well for this customer. I hope we can earn their business again.
