this company operates with very knowledgeable and skilled workers - we had a litte miss communication in the beginning but eric went out of his way to make sure that I was happy and the job was done well and far above what i had expected - thank you Eric. Satisfied customer

We cleaned this customer gutters two weeks ago. We removed the guards and put them back on when we finished the work. This customer did not explain to us that she wanted them completely removed as well as the issue with the downspout. The customer was not home when we performed the work. We have an appointment with them to come back out 9/25/2010, I am sure they will revise the review next week.

They called right away and scheduled an appointment for the next day. The man who came to clean the gutters was right on time and very professional and explained the problem.

Service with the sales rep was very fast and easy. I was able to communicate via email in order to schedule an appointment and get an estimate. The gutter cleaning service was done within one hour and I was able to get the roof assessed as well.

I feel I was lied to- have not returned my email in regards. Asked if I had any concerns about the gutters-explained the 2 areas. Explained they would check them and advise. Was told if any repairs- crew would advise. Quoted me 100.00. I heard a couple of nails being but in- that was it. Crew stated the bill was 160.00 because of repairs. Invoice was preprinted with a charge of $30 per area of concerns so they already determined they were charging prior to arrival. Paid-email to office -stated he would talk to crew and get back to me and never heard from them.

We are sorry that this customer feels this way. Our crew cleaned the gutters and downspouts very thoroughly. We repitched and fixed a leak in the two areas that the customer was concerned about. We explained to the customer prior to coming out that we charge $20-30 per minor repair. She stated that she need two areas repaired. We fixed the two areas. The gutters are working properly and we did a great job on this particular home. I hope we can earn this customers business again and that they will reconsider this poor review. We will try to contact her to discuss.
