"Auguste Noel email me shortly after my posting. Shortly after my reply to HIS email he called me and I explained my problem in detail. He quoted the cost repair and the cost for replacement (if necessary). I sent him pictures of the fixture and he again contacted me to setup a repair time. A repair appointment was set up for Tuesday at 2 PM. Around 11 AM on Tuesday Mr. Noel called and told me that he could come earlier, if it was OK with me. Mr. Noel showed up shortly after noon, evaluated what part would be needed, obtained the parts and installed them, while bringing all wiring up to the latest code. He protected the work area and cleaned up when he was finished. I would give Mr. Noel 5 stars for his professional manner, his friendliness and is knowledge. Highly recommended"

I went out about an hour after they started and returned 6 hours later to find that the job was already complete -- a few hours early. Honestly, it was incredible.
