Called around 11 asking to come earlier never showed. he didn't arrive until 3.i felt like he was racial profiled me or already had attitude. he told will (owner) i was intimidating. he drove off and never completed the job.

The quality of the work was fine. My only issue with Prime Time was related to some unauthorized work that was performed as part of the job. When I first contacted the company, I specifically said I only wanted the second story gutters cleaned as I routinely clean the first story gutters myself. The estimate I was given for doing the work included a price for flushing out the downspouts. It did not specify anything about this being just the second story downspouts nor did it specify the number of downspouts involved. It listed downspout flushing as a single price. They billed me for flushing all the downspouts, including the two on the lower gutter system. I wasn't home when the work was performed so I couldn't tell the workman not to do anything with the lower gutters. I am fine with them charging for flushing the four second story downspouts but not for flushing the two first story downspouts as I specifically instructed them to perform the gutter cleaning work for the second story gutters only. I did not pay them for the lower two.

Did a very good job...inside and out...wiped the window frames,sills and screens....were unable to do exterior light fixtures.

Pros did not come prepared no long pole. I live in a loft with 11 ft/8 ft windows, which I told the person making the appointment. I was very clear and the estimate provided over the phone was $100 higher than provided over the phone. Would not recommend for certain projects.
