I feel I was a victim of bait and switch with Prime Time Window Cleaning I have worked with professional window cleaners before, and my request to Angi outlined the job in precise detail--storm windows on five of the windows, six-paned tops on the six double-hung windows. The written quote I received was in line with what I had paid to other window cleaners. (One of them, also on Angi's list, had canceled on me twice at the last minute. I had been using them with no problem for several years. I decided to look for a new company.) When the Prime Time technicians arrived, they had a work order more than twice the cost of what I had been quoted. The original order, apparently, made no mention of storm windows and six-paned double-hungs. I told them to go ahead. My windows were so dirty and I was sick of clearning off window sills and moving furniture preparing for window washers who never showed up. But I called the office to express my displeasure. I was scrupulously polite but firmly stated that I felt like I had been taken advantage of. I told them I would never had chosen their company if I had known the true price. I also said I would never use their service again. At that point, I was disconnected. The technicians did a beautiful job. But use Prime Time? Never again.

It seems that the issue was not necessarily a bait and switch tactic but rather a miscommunication or misunderstanding regarding the scope of the job. We gave you a rough estimate based on what you described you wanted cleaned. These estimates are usually subject to change once the technicians have had a chance to evaluate the job on-site. You agreed with our price and gave our technician permission to start the work. It seems like you were happy with the results, we are not sure why you would leave a 1 star review?

They removed the debris, but did not rinse the gutters. And they did not completely remove the debris that was tossed to the ground from the gutters.

SCAM ARTISTS! DO NOT USE!!!! Quoted $220 on Thumbtack for my window washing then told it was $410 after finished. I would never have gone with this company or decided to have this work done for DOUBLE the money. I was clear on what the job entailed and even posted pictures of the job. Then Wally tried to tell me there was no way I got that quote (see pictures) and then would give me a discount because he recognized me? Which is impossible because we just moved in and he argued that we should not lie about having him do this job before even though our house is full of boxes and clearly not a lived in home. AVOID at all costs.

I was provided a quote on the phone and we agreed on a schedule to do the work. They followed up with email communication and I was alerted when the technician was arriving. It isnâ t an easy job cleaning the windows in an older residence. The technician did very good work very smoothly.

Wally did a great job power washing the metal siding, washing and cleaning the windows and all the gutters and downspouts.
