Two guys came out to clean my windows and were at my house for 5 and 1/5 hours!! They only used fresh clean water at the beginning and used the dirty water to clean after that!! I paid extra to have my sills and tracks done and all they did was wipe the sill down with a dirty hand towel. I couldn't communicate with them because they didn't speak English. I have never been so disgusted with a service before!!

The work that was done went very well. The only issue I had was that the salesman on the phone did not explain his pricing. The estimate of number of windows he based his price on was a guess. The man doing the work gave an actual count which was higher than the estimate. Bottom line was they charged what was quoted but it caused some agrivation. Have them explain how they count windows.
