It is hard to rate them. The first time they were here several of the screens were not washed at all. Then I started finding windows that were no where near being clean. I called and they sent someone else out a couple of days later who did a great job. The man that I talked with on the phone never really apologized but was curt and said he would fix the problem.

I was happy with the work they did for me came out good, but they were late and I had to deal with some hidden charges I think I should have been warned about in the quote, overall great job was done, as far as recommending them i said no, but with reservation.

On-time, thorough and a terrific value. They accommodated some small extra things like trimming back some ivy that had grown over the gutters for no extra charge. It was easy enough to find a discount coupon, also, and it was accepted easily.
