had an appoint between 12:00 and 2:00 did not show and did not inform me they would be late until i called and then office told me they would be here at 4:00 however i will say the worker were courteous and did their job

I specifically communicated to the customer service agent repeatedly the type of service I needed. We reviewed the type of work request three times and and agreed to a cost. When the workmen arrived the next day the work order did not reflect the work and price that was agreed to and company refused to complete the work for the agreed upon cost. So I modified the work request and will not hire Prime Time again. I will look elsewhere to find a company that will follow through with their promise.
