They have done the windows and gutters for my parents for several years. They gave us a quote, and then when they came to the house the quote was $500 more for the same job they had done before. I am very unhappy.

The very talkative worker said with a blower he could do the job and would leave clean work. However, when I originally spoke on the phone with a rep, he said they would have bags to remove the debris. The worker encouraged me to go inside while they finished the work because he had a worker with him to help with the groundwork. When they left, I picked up 15 both new and rusted nails that had been blown off the roof onto the walkway. Additionally, I discovered leaves and branches that had been blown onto the grass. This was unacceptable. I have used Home Advisor many times in the past to get contractors for: Air conditioner, furnace several times and eventually getting a new one, home inspector, plumber several times, electrical work more than once, and replace a garage door. But this, this is unacceptably bad! - Thomas in Illinois.
