Poor customer service. They did not show up when originally agreed and I had to call them to see what happened. No apologies were given but we agreed on a new time. The person arrived but failed to introduce himself and he did finish quickly. Job seemed fine. However he charged for flushing of the gutter spouts which was never agreed to. It should have been discussed first. They need to work on their communication and approach to the customer.

The invoice was $62 higher than quoted. I didn't request downspouts be flushed, but they were and that cost the extra. There is no haul-away which would be okay except MOST of the heavy debris was left in 1 plastic bag too heavy for me to handle. Some debris was left on ground. Outside of gutters and downspouts were left very dirty, which they were not before the gutters were flushed out. I don't think they had a pressure washer because they used my garden hose, which was not turned off. I have a split level, so it was not a difficult task.

They showed up on time; worked efficiently and told us of a few problems causing the gutters to overflow. Unfortunately the work was out of his realm. Nonetheless, he was very personable and hard-working. Price was exactly as quoted. Would definitely hire again.
