Write a ReviewOne person did job - he was courteous. I had agreed to window washing inside and out and screen washing. Screens were not washed. The price was higher than other companies.
Our apologies for the miscommunication on brushing the screens instead of washing them. When we chatted on the phone yesterday I offered you $60 off any future service to competitor with those other companies. We hope you take us up on that. Beware of non-insured contractors!

Friendly and very professional. One person did the job and without any complaints. He knew what to do. Others came and were afraid of the height but this person knew his job and did what he had to do. Very satisfied!!!

Prime time was quick to respond to provide estimate. They were able to schedule the work for the next day on a job to clean 50+ windows inside and out. The work was completed in within 4 hours by two technicians.

Because they had worked for our homes previous owner, they gave a quote over the phone. A big rain day before PROBABLY delayed their arrival time. They were an hour late; I had to leave with my husband in charge. I had also received a copy of the proposal via email. The charge morphed by $65, which ended up by negotiation to $25. In addition, they missed a bay window, have necessitated touch up painting, and attempted resolution became fruitless and not pleasant. The other companies came on site and gave their proposal in person. I made the wrong choice. The windows cleaned were done well.

Extra cost for downspouts was not mentioned when I called for estimate.
We are sorry that one of our reps did not clearly mention the $8 downspout fee overon the phone. We would like to extend $20 off to you for any future service. Just mention this response when you give us a call next time you need your gutters serviced. We hope you give us a chance to prove to you we are a 5-star company!
