The man who called me was eager and personable and, after we agreed to terms, said someone would be out to clean the gutters that same day. NO ONE CAME. I called him back, that evening, and he said the "time got away" from the person who was supposed to have come that day and that he would certainly come the next day. The man came to clean the gutters the next day but he 1)left the bag of debris in front of my garage door instead of taking it with him, as agreed., 2) left debris on top of my air conditioner and lying about in the mulched area surrounding the air conditioner. There is more but there's no more space to write!!

I have spoken with this customer. The gutters were exremely packed with leaves. We cleaned them very thoroughly. We apologized for leaving the debris bagged and on the premesis. This was the last stop of a very busy day, unfortunately our crew didn't have anymore room in their truck. We are going to clean their gutters one more time before winter free of charge.

The project was completed right away. They were able to get the gutters installed the next day. They were efficient and very professional. The pricing was very good.

Prime Time came out and cleaned my windows. They did not do a good job at all. I was very unhappy with this service. They were also suppose to give me an estimate to put gutter covers on my gutters and never called back about an estimate on that. They were not professional and the work they did was sloppy.

One of our best crews were out to service this home. We did an excellent job on their windows. This particular customer wanted additional services done for free. We politely said that we have to be fair to them and the rest of our customers, and that we needed to charge them accordingly for additional services. We feel that this is an extremely unfair rating.

I wouldn't even give them a start. These guys were terrible. While they did a respectable job cleaning the windows, they almost left without doing the window wells, the got dirt all over my house/floors, did not even lock the windows once they were done and didn't move furniture back in it's place. DO NOT USE THEM - there are competitive cleaners out there for the same $ who will not leave your house looking like a pit.

I have spoken with this customer. She gave her compliments on the window cleaning service. It was a large home and my crew overlooked replacing some furniture that we moved. We refunded this customer $10.00 for the missed window well, and giving her a free fall gutter cleaning service in two weeks. I am confident we will earn their business again.
