Sent a subcontractor to wash my windows. It was apparent these people were very inexperienced. They were sloppy and were not on time for the initial visit and a subsequent visit to correct what they did on the initial visit. Owner was very apologetic and offered to redo the work and also offered a significant discount on the next job to make up for my dissatisfaction. Owner did the right thing. I will consider using them in the future.

arrived early. Not only cleaned the gutters and three clogged downspouts but reattached a gutter that was coming loose from the house. It has since rained and there has been no overflow. I'm completely satisfied.

They gave a quote and then changed the price when they came out to do the job. The guys who came and did the work were very nice and apologized for the price issue and did a good job. Additional cost was because we had oversized gutters on 1 house and the elbows were clogged on the other. I was never asked if I had oversized gutters when they gave the quote. Disappointed.
