Talked to prime time to get a bid. They went on Zillow to see my home and reassured me the total cost would be around 250.00. I had two other bids between 250 and 325 so confirmed multiple times they were comfortable with that range. The worker came out and once completed showed me a piece of paper with $485 on it. Immediately called to talk with the company, and they said we had special windows that were a special price. Total bait and switch. Never again

THE CREW WAS GOOD BUT THE CHARGE WAS HIGHER THAN EXPECTED. I CALLED THE OWNER 2 TIMES BUT HE NEVER RETURNED MY CALL WHICH IS THE REASON THAT I LOBALLED THE RATING. I DID HAVE ONE COMPLAINT BUT HE WILL NEVER KNOW.

I gave Prime time a second chance. I hired them to clean o0ut the garage gutters. They sent the "A team" - Alan and Anna. They did a great job. Friendly and Professional. Yes I will use Prime time again and ask for the "A Team".

They were great. Not the cheapest, but total pros! They came in like a swat team and tackled gutters that hadn't been cleaned in years. When they were finished, they cleaned up any mess hosing down patio etc. They will get my call next year.

We hired them to clean our gutters and wash the exterior of our windows. They came two days after I called, did an excellent job for a fair price. The windows were sparkling and streak-free. I will certainly hire again.
