They arrived early, they were quick and they did a very good job. My detached garage gutters were about 30% longer than the gutters on my house. Yet the cost for cleaning the gutters on my house was 3 times more than the cost of cleaning the garage. The service offered to refund the cost of the garage. Still the work does not justify the charges.

It is difficult for me to rate the job unless I get on the roof or have some way of checking the gutters. I sure hope they did a good job! It was a totally painless experience. I came home, and it was done, and the only evidence of Prime Time's presence was the receipt. Nice that I can check that off my list, and for that I am thankful.

Out of all the companies I contacted. They were the only one to quickly provide a quote and then follow up a few days later to see if I had any questions. Quality of work was good. I would hire them again.

They did a good job. They were very flexible and had a good price. They did some painting for me up at the same level as the gutters. The only reason I rated them down in customer service is they were late and did not let me know they were going to be late.

I originally hired them since they were the first to respond. Price was hire than others that soon after quoted so I called to cancel the order, but they reduced the price in order to keep the job. Quality of job was good, just frustrating at first dealing with the price.
