I hired them expecting them Thursday afternoon and the showed up Friday afternoon, I was charged an extra $40 for downspout flushing that I did not ask for and was not informed in advance that they would do.

They came within 2 days of my call and cleaned our gutters. I didn't see any mess afterwards and they took the garbage away. Would definitely use them again!

The workers were very nice. They did a good job but I was disappointed that the windows sills weren't cleaned as well as the inside and outside of the windows and screens. A few screens were overlooked. Maybe I'm too picky.

They were very nice and courteous people. We had a little trouble with getting the time frame of when they were coming figured out (called and confirmed the wrong time...so I had to call back and we still didn't get it quite right), but beyond that, I am very happy with the job they did. Our house looks beautiful.

Did'nt replace gutter guards, arrived after six pm I waited for a ten am arrival.

They did the job they said they would and so far it seems fine, cleaning gutters. However, they were somewhat pushy. They called every day to see if I had made a decision. When I did, I called them and set the appointment for a Thursday afternoon. Then on Tuesday afteroon a guy shows up to do the job. He said he was in the area and that someone should have called me to tell me he was coming. No one did. I was irritated, but allowed the guy to do the work since he was there and it was raining...he was difficult to understand and to communicate with.

The workers who came to my home were wonderful and highly professional. They did a terrific job. The office, however, needs some help. After having no one show up when originally scheduled because they said I wasn't in the system, they sent workers out the next day but they were not aware of the agreement we had made and what we wanted done. Another call to the office and everything was taken of to our satisfaction.
