The workers did great job and I feel like a paid a fair price. The company needs to work on their communication skills. Getting a bid before they came out was difficult, and the crew in the field did not seem to be on the same page as the people in the office.

I would never use this service again. I received an estimate for $383 for my windows and gutters. The final bill - $559!!! I specifically asked for someone to look at the job before they started so that I wasn't surprised and was told they didn't need to look at it. They were confident in the $383 estimate. Once the bill came, they said all of our literature say that this is just an estimate. BULL! that's why i asked for a final price when scheduling them. If you work with them expect a surprise when the credit card bill comes! And then expect no satisfaction once you challenge them on the difference between the estimate and the real cost!
