When people arrived after getting lost they told me the sliding glass doors would be $80 more to be cleaned on the outside only ! I told the booking agent I had sliding glass doors -I consider that a bait and switch tactic -I wi ll never use this company again!

UPDATE - The owner/manager contacted me after learning about my experience and after discussing the situation, had his team come out to complete the service call. The work was great and completed in a very timely manner. I appreciate the follow-up and I plan to continue using Prime Time for my window cleaning. Thank you. I had an appointment for Friday 10/29/21. This appointment was confirmed by Prime Time via email with an attached invoice however, no one showed up. I never received a call notifying me of cancellation and never received a call back after leaving a message following up. This is simply disrespectful. I would not recommend using this company.

understand fully about extras don't assume or estimate what it will be when the work is completed. Asak them to give you the maximum and minimum if there is going to be extra charges
