They did a great job cleaning gutters and downspouts! They wore shirts/jackets that identified their company, which I think is very helpful. Their pricing was good.

Worked hard, but had two major objections: the window in the master bedroom is over a window well; it is hard to clean adequately without putting something over the window well in order to adequate reach the window itself. Your employee did not have anything to go over the window well and, consequently, there was a hard film from the washer he used. A window from the opposite side of the house also had a 'film' residue after washing. I always had trouble with the master bedroom window (and one of the reasons for hiring a clearer), but I always did a better job myself on this second window, while, of course, charging myself nothing.

The employee who did the work did a very good job. However, the scheduling of the work was not done well as they showed up on-site more than three hours late.

Thought he would use a leaf blower but asked to use my patio broom. I am now concerned if any damage done to the shingles. Came 3 hours early with no advance notice. Should have called to confirm being that early. Scheduled for 12:00 came at 9:00 a.m. Left all leaf debris on driveway & porch.
