Great follow up.
I'm sure the gutters are clean and power washing looks good. Damaged some flowers with equipment. Price on the work order was $100 more than I was quoted. Worker told me he couldn't start unless I signed the work order. So I signed and then called the company. They assured me they would honor the quote and contact the worker. Four hours later they called and asked to speak to the workman. When he finished the work, he came to be paid. I asked if they had talked to him about the price and he said no. Since the man had done the work, I paid him the full amount and then called them again. They agreed to refund the $100 dollars which of course I have not received. I have called the company no less than 4 times and have heard nothing but excuses - my boss had a death in his family, the computers are down, we sent you an email and of course the check is in the mail. Luckily the check hasn't cleared the bank so I will be stopping payment tomorrow.

It sounds like we failed in this regard this time, but we want to take the necessary steps to reconcile this matter and get back to the standard to which we hold our company. Please allow us to come back out to your property and complete the contracted work correctly, at no additional cost to you. Just let us know what day you would like for us to return, and we would be happy to put you back on our schedule. We won?t rest until you are completely satisfied with the work.
No one showed during the three hour promised arrival time. When I called, I was promised that someone would show up within and half an hour. A second technician was sent out another hour later. I did like the second technician's, Ivan, work very much. He was courteous and thorough. I would not recommend Prime Time because they were not reliable and a morning's work ended up taking all day...
A little pricier than "usual", but I don't think my gutters have ever been cleaned this thoroughly or properly.

I had a very bad experience with them several years ago. They sent me a letter wanting to make up for it. So they gave me a good deal and I gave them another chance. Once again they wanted to charge me more but when I called back there was no problem. Brad was quick to resolve the problem and make good on the promise. Very different experience. Prime time has upped there game much better customer service! Joe and Alex worked very hard and did a good job. They did charge me a 10.00 travel charge because he said he had to come from Chicago?? That was strange?
