The customer service is awesome, I had a misunderstanding on the quote and they made sure that I was completely comfortable with the price before beginning the project. I would definitely recommend them, my windows are sparkling clean.

They did an amazing job and what a huge difference in my home I was happily surprised that they did not leave any mess coming in and out of the house and cleaning the screens Other than sparkling clean windows you would not know they were at the house!So grateful for such a wonderful service!!

The first time Prime Time Windows came to clean my gutters and wash the windows, they broke my sliding screen door on my patio. I had to have them come back to clean the gutters again-lots of tree twigs AND I wanted the door fixed. The gentleman who came took the door off and fixed the roller at the bottom of the door so it then worked. I don't know what your policy is for patio doors that are covered with screen doors AND are locked....I guess the policy is to force the door off the rollers. I'm glad he could fix the door! The windows looked great!
