they work with contractors. the contractors we got was very lousy and complained about the money the entire time. Our sky lights were never cleaned. Reached out to the company and nothing was done.

Their scheduling software is glitchy because they set a time they're going to come and without fail, the person puts it on the calendar for a different date, but other than that they do a good job.

The rate I was quoted was incorrect due to a low count of the windows and added cost of removing French windows. In the end we compromised and I removed the windows. The service was excellent.

did a good job - fast and clean but i was not expecting the additional 30% for screen brushing. They should be more upfront about this fee.
