Good price and did an excellent job! They called 5 minutes after I submitted the request and arrived to clean the gutters and downspouts within an hour! My overflowing gutters now drain correctly! :)

The window washers did arrive as scheduled but their performance was less than stellar. Some screens and sills were still dirty when they were done. One of the workers left my gate open and we lost our French bulldog. I phoned the company three times to let them know they were negligent and I received to return phone call. When I did reach the owner, he stated the reason he never called back was because "he was very busy" Very poor customer service! No help or concern was provided regarding my lost pet. I suggest if you want clean windows or have a pet - do not use this service. Zero Stars!

Besides the initial confusion about estimation and scheduling, once that ironed out. the work was done promptly, as scheduled and very thoroughly. I plan to re-hire them for fall cleaning.

Excellent service, great finish work, very detailed. Also did power-washing of patio and front walk as well as vinyl siding on house. The result gave my 1951 home the look of a brand new house!!!! Have already recommended them to my neighbors. Plan to use them on my condo also!!!.

We had an appointment for between 1-4pm. At 4:15, I had not heard from them nor seen them so I called and was informed that another job became bigger when they arrived and that they would be there in about a half hour and that, if we were not home, they would leave the bag of debris by the door. We went to dinner and they cleaned the gutters. I noticed evidence of the rear second floor gutters being cleaned, but not the front. They came back and verified. Overall, great work - Needs work on communication.
