Company uses independent contractors Small house, crew seemed rushed. Son was nailing gutters preparing for storm and saw birds nests left in gutters. Manager did have another crew come out and redo. We are elderly and would have no idea job wasn't properly done..

The workers were polite and courteous. Gave written explanation of contents found in gutters on receipt. Worked on a roof on a hot day. I was satisfied, I am the secretary of the HOA, but some of the others with condo association felt the price was a little steep. It was $500.00 plus $8.00 per downspout for a two story condo.

Work required two site visits to clear buried downspouts. Homeowner was not able to be present on first visit but was present for second visit. Ability to explain the issue face-to-face to the technicians was critical to successful completion of the work. Telephone/office and technicians in the field both provided excellent customer service. Very satisfied with the work.
