"Nick M. responded quickly to request. Explained probable cause of leak and approach to fix it in a calm and courteous manner. His craftsman, Miguel, is a super worker. He showed me a photo of another issue he uncovered when removing old shingles. Then Miguel went to work - new flashing, sealant, and shingles - around a "dead valley" area. Miguel left the house - roof & ground - as clean as he found it. Repair stood up to its first rain test Wednesday night !"
