"Our home and garage which is on a concrete slab was sinking on one side so our project was to stablize the slab using piers and to use injection technology along with piers in the garage. I had used this company in Virginia so I was familiar with their work. William came to our home and explained everything they would do. He even came out a second time to answer questions that we had after talking with several other companies we got bids from. Austin, Moises and Tim came out on the date scheduled and performed the work. They were great and we highly recommend this team. "From the start, I had a very good experience with Acculevel. The project manager, Jim, arrived for the initial inspection and estimate right on time. He was courteous and did an excellent job explaining the helical piers capabilities and installation process and answered all my questions. He did not try to push extra installations on me, but I feel just what he thought would more than sufficiently do the job. Neil, the project superintendent, also arrived right on time for the pre-installation visit, was also courteous and thoroughly answered my questions. The two days of pier installation went very well. The installers, Luis & Fabian, worked diligently, treated my lawn and landscaping with care (using plywood under the mini at all times), and were always courteous. They seemed very experienced with the pier installation and were very proficient with the installation. They cleaned up after the job, returned the landscaping back to what it was as best they could, and minimized damage to the lawn. All were very professional and the job was well done."

"Owner called about 6 days before the job started to give me the hour and day work would start. He said he would be at my house at 6:50 AM. I agreeded. He showed up with his foreman at 6:45! Talk about prompt! I was impressed. We went over the details of the job with a few mutually agreed changes. His crew of 4 others showed up promptly and work began with demo. The speed and technical skills of all were impressive. Old concrete removal, installing expansion joints and wood forms, placement of stone base, compaction of said rock, placement of rebar, pouring the 16 yards of 4000 lb concrete, floating then finishing and grooving the top surface was all done by 2:15 PM the same day. Wow! Excellent work."
