“Mark never gave up on us — even after 19 months of fighting with our insurance company following the March 2024 hailstorm.” Mark walked with us through every delay and setback, explaining each step and helping us navigate a very difficult insurance process. His dedication and patience were exceptional. When the work finally began, everything was scheduled and completed exactly as promised. The quality is outstanding, and the new gutters are a perfect match for our stucco siding. We are incredibly grateful for Mark’s honesty, persistence, and high-quality results. We just got our roof replaced with 5 Star. We had a great experience. Matt came out, looked at our roof, and identified damaged. I opened a claim with my insurance company. Matt and the insurance company worked together to get coverage. I only had to click a few buttons and wait. Matt came by to get a deposit and then final payment once the roof was complete. Our roof was completed ahead of schedule and it only took six hours. The installers were professional and efficient. I hope they liked the Gatorade my daughter brought to them. The roof looks great. I'm recommending 5 Star to anyone that I can.

AAA 5 Star Contractor replaced my in-laws roof in Old Monroe. They worked with the insurance company to get it approved. They were respectful, diligent, and we are happy with the work they completed. I would recommend them to family and friends.

Had a feeling we may have hail damage from a previous storm. I knew our roof was getting to the end of itâ s life so I decided to contact Matt and have him climb up and take a look. Sure enough, I had golf ball hail at some point. Matt walked me through every step of the way, including helping me talk to my insurance company, and him and his team were extremely professional. I would recommend him and AAA 5 star if you need roof repair/replacement. Theyâ ll be my go-to for the foreseeable future. I want to thank them for everything!
